Workout Journal

Good morning all!!
I am really starting to get into Darebee. My question today is, who uses a workout journal? I would like to get one but not finding the right one. I need suggestions and I am also looking for one that is free as money is very tight right now

I just use a generic notebook off Amazon. For every workout, I write down date, exercises, weights and effort ratings. It takes like 1-2 minutes. Occasionally I also take some body measurements and write those down too. I used to use the notes app on my phone, but I found that I prefer physically writing it down on paper.
