Where to start?

Hi! I'm an absolute beginner in fitness, and I don't know where to start. Because of this, I keep putting off my workouts. I can only do push-ups and pull-ups with resistance bands. I have a pull-up bar and bands at home. I really like calisthenics, but I don’t know how to begin to progress and build muscle mass. An important note: I have hyperlordosis. My body fat is 24%. I weigh 55 kg (I’m a woman). I just can’t seem to motivate myself.

Welcome, i wouldn't say you are a beginner if you are able to do push ups and pull ups... For your health issue, you should always care of your doctor opinion before doing something new. We have a lot of programs here at level 1 but if you can do pull ups it is maybe not enough : https://darebee.com/program/level/1.html
You can find a lot of guides here : https://darebee.com/read.html, and some challenges to progress on specific exercices : https://darebee.com/challenge.html
Thank you. I can only do it with special rubber bands. There is no without them(

Making a check in thread where I felt accountable to post did wonders for my motivation.
Foundation Light is a nice place to start, all standing, no jumping, no extra equipment, relatively quick, and have three levels of challenge, which are really just extra sets so you get into a nice rhythm and habit formation.
