Ironborn every day without breaks?

Hi everyone. I discovered
this site by chance and am very pleased. I'd like to start the Ironborn program. I noticed it's based on 30 days, and I'd like to ask you these questions:
- Can I train every day, 7 days a week, without even a single day off?
- Is training without breaks to allow muscles to recover counterproductive, or is it feasible?

Thank you in advance and apologize if this question has already been asked.

All Darebee programs are designed so that you can train every day without breaks. There are days where you focus on certain muscle groups and then the next day you work on others, as well as active recovery days so you don't run the risk of overexerting yourself.
That said, if you feel the need to slow down and take a day of absolute rest, that's fine too. Everyone does what works best for them.
I have done several Darebee programs including IRONBORN and have had no problem following them without pauses. :)

Since you started this topic, I'll take the chance to ask for our veterans: is it possible to combine more than one program per day?If the answer is yes, which program you have combine to get strength and body definition?

The programs you can definitely combine are a "normal" program and an add-on, this choice is not a problem.
Combining two specific programs can cause more problems than benefits. Each program is designed and tested to be the primary workout, and it works because it's progressive, working different muscles every day without overlapping and with active recovery days. Not all programs have the same workout structure for different days, so it's likely to mess up.

If the answer is yes, which program you have combine to get strength and body definition?
You could combine a strength program with weights or bodyweight exercises with an abs add-on. :)
