As part of our global mission to make fitness a right and not a privilege we support the creation of local community groups. These two pictures hit our desk this morning from South Africa and we're sharing them because fun and enjoyment should never not be shared.

@graoumia I will tell you only what Nick, (pictured with his back to the camera in the first frame) has given us permission to share This is in South Africa. It's a community hall and Nick has a background in fitness and we worked a little with him to make sure what he proposed fits with our approach and values. He's set up the local Darebee Workouts for community members. As all our activities, this is free for everyone to join. This is their first official get together. We will try and post some more of their activities as we hear from them.

We can now add one more picture of Nick and his assistant in the workouts, Sharon. And the workouts they have done now are also attached below. Participants get a printout as a memento and it is green-stamped, to show they completed it!

Hey guys 
We'll update you as we go along. We're on our 6th session today, and the group is consistently around 15 people. I think we'll grow nicely in Jan, when the bustle of the holidays are over. We're also talking to the local parkrun to put some banners up there soon- as soon as we get sponsorship -Regards, Nick & Sharon

Hello again from a totally FREEZING South Africa Us Africans do NOT do cold weather well.
We recently celebrated our 50th Darebee Local session!!
We have consistently had around 20 people in class (except on the freezing cold nights) and have managed to persuade the local council to give us the hall free of charge.
The new financial year is coming around at the council, and we've again submitted our application, in the hope we will be spared any cost. If any of you are the praying kind, please pray with us for free use of the hall.

I've been tinkering with a similar idea for my community. The majority of our local population trends older and I think creating another FREE opportunity to perform regular low-impact, bodyweight exercises could really contribute to overall well-being and healthy-habit-formation for all ages. Your post is encouraging me
