You know we're not going to let any of you gather moss in the year ahead, right?
Here's a sneak preview of what's coming down the pipeline:
1. More video workouts - We're going to finally start releasing video workouts on a regular basis. Some of these will be current ones that will be released at the same time as the PDF version, some will be past ones (as we have a tonne of catching-up to do).
2. New HIIT Program - As the new year breaks we shall release a 60-Day HIIT Program (and we plan to also accompany it with videos so you don't always feel alone).
3. More microworkout hacks like this one we did on lower back and hip flexors. We know that life is complicated and there isn't always time to workout. On those days when things get too much you shall have a range of microworkouts to pick from that will help you feel way less guilty and will keep your system revving until you can get a workout in.
