10 sets of 5 pull-ups, and one leg squats 8 sets of 5, I use the pulley just to keep weight forward and some balance, butt touches the floor. Also did Hindu push-ups, push-ups on a medicine ball, sit-ups on a balance dome, seated twist with broom handle.
