Program for bouldering

Hi all. I'm looking to try bouldering for the first time early next year (can't this year) as a fairly unfit person, and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of programs/workouts which would be useful to prepare? I'm currently working my way through the Foundation program.

bouldering is a great sport in itself.
Actually you do not really need preparation, cause our bodies are build for it. But if you you want to do sth. to boost you start, I would recommend the "back and core" program and maybe the "power grip" and "dead hang" challenge.

Thank you! I can't do the dead hang challenge, don't have the equipment, but I'll put the other two into my routine to prepare! :welcome:
