Hello,
I have a question about the repetitions of bent over rows and bent over bicep curls at Just lift workout.
There are 12 per side or 6 (6+6=12) per side.
I have read that in darebee workouts the number is the total for both sides but the photo confuses me as it may mean 12 per side.
The difference is that we will use different weight with 12 or 6 repetitions per side
Also I can say that we can do this workout with kettlebells with the right weight
