Hi
I’m new here but I’m not new to Darebee. I found Darebee’s workouts several years ago and it’s really helped me with my fitness journey.
I’m a full time unpaid caregiver to my disabled husband. Both of my daughters also have disabilities- one with several chronic illnesses. Both are grown and still live with me. It’s pretty stressful but working out has been a great stress reliever. I have to get up super early to fit on my workouts. It’s definitely worth it. Thanks for having me here.
