What's the best workout setting for Garmin?

That really depends on what sort of Garmin you've got. Depending on what sort of circuit I'm doing, I might use Strength or cardio, but mine also has the option to add something in Other, which could, if I chose, be called Circuit Training.

I had a Garmin Forerunner 35 and on that one, I recorded as Cardio and then went into the app to change it to whatever I had done, ie yoga, HIIT, strength, etc
Now I have a Forerunner 55, which has a choice for all of the above except Strength training, so I record as Other and then go change it in the app.
In the Garmin app you can Edit your workout name and what it is.

If you like doing virtual badges, they have a bunch. My family loves getting the badges. None of us can tell you why since it's literally all virtual but we love it :)
