Inspired by posts from others, I’ve also started tracking the macros from my meals, and I’m using ChatGPT to help with it.
I made Banana Creamy Tofu.

Calories:

Macronutrients:
β€’ Protein: 116.9 g (~22% of calories)
β€’ Fat: 92.15 g (~40% of calories)

I’m away from home until Friday, and I hope to gain some distance from everyday matters. I won’t be counting macros from my meals this week.
Starting tomorrow, I’ll return to the challenge I paused (First Thing Push-Ups Challenge - DAY 5).
