Hello everyone,
i am going to start this program. i am confuse there is no mention how many reps for each exercise?

Solution
You must choose a difficulty level: I, II or III and the repetitions are those for the difficulty level you have chosen.
Level I: 6 reps
Level II: 10 reps
Level III: 20 reps
For all difficulty levels the sets are always 5.
