A bit lost on workout choice
Hello, everyone! I found the Darebee community after watching a video from a channel called "Corkboards & Curiosities" (yes, another TTRPG enthusiast joins the party) and the whole concept is great, I really liked it! Great work from the whole crew involved.
The problem I'm facing is about choosing a workout that fits what I'm used to. I'm not into cardio stuff AT ALL (I do a treadmill HIIT after my workouts solely because it's necessary for my goals: weight loss and body recomposition). I'm way more into lifting weights and I'm stuck in analysis paralysis to choose what to do in the gym (I need to go at least 3x per week because I don't have enough discipline to train at home. When I go, once I realize I'm already there, I must train without excuses... As long as there's no health scare or something similar, of course).
Here's the current workout division I'm using:
DAY 1
P.S.: self-imposed obligation of saying "sorry for my bad english" due to not being a native speaker, which makes me insecure about it.
