Hey everyone
Love Darebee and just found this community section. So cool to be here.
I'm trans masc non binary and wanting to do a program focused on defining arms muscle, broadening shoulders, shrinking chest, (I'm possibly describing this with the wrong words)
I'm autistic and my biggest hurdle with exercise is decision fatigue and consistency.
What Darebee program would you suggest as a good place to get started for someone who mostly sits at a desk all day?

Hello and welcome!
I agree with @Damer that arms of steel is a great place to start.
If it is possible, you might also like to invest in some dumbbells for at home training and checking out Ironborn
Even though weight training is for absolutely everyone, there are still societal hangups about lifting weights 'not being for girls'
I found it rather affirming to be doing stuff not considered appropriate for girls, as I am not a girl. :chuckle:
I am (slowly) working towards full push-ups, which I suppose is one of the most stereotypically masculine exercises.
There isn't really any exercise to shrink your chest, but maybe feeling more muscular rather than soft in that region will help.
And making your arms and shoulders stronger might make your chest proportionally smaller.
For me, the most important part is how the training makes me feel. Strength training came make me feel like a total superhero badass :hero:
So keep an eye out for which exercises make you feel good in your body as well =)
