Adding "Back and Core" to my program

Hi! Darebee helped me start my first workout ever (Thank you very very much!) so I'm doing Express Tone, currently on day 12. It's challenging, but I liked it a lot and I'm looking forward doing something more, thinking about an add-on program. I picked up Back and Core. I have two questions:
1. Back and Core posters looks different from the ones in Express tone: reps and rest times listed separately under each exercise. Am I supposed to rest after each set of each exercise separately? In the first day: 4 exercises × 4 sets each = 16 rests total? Is seems a lot compared to Express Tone.
2. How do I combine two programs? Is doing one in the morning and second in the evening ok? (two workouts each day)

Hi!
1. Yes, most of Back & Core days follow classic workout structure - you complete each exercise first (with 30 sec rest between sets), then move on to the next. Some days in the program have a flow (like a circuit), they don't have sets listed next to each exercise s the structure is the same as Express Tone.
2. Back & Core doesn't conflict with Express Tone so it's not necessary to do it later in the day - you can do one after the other. You can do them morning/evening, too, if you want but it's not a requirements. Metcon & Cardio type programs would conflict with Strength-focused programs so those you do need to parse.

I hope this helps! :thankyou:
