I'm doing the Foundation plan right now, day 12: https://darebee.com/programs/foundation-program.html?showall=&start=12
and I realized the manual never really specifies how I should be doing workouts that involve doing some on both left and right. For this one, should I be doing the knee-in and stretch 5 times left, then right, or alternating left and right? Same with the leg extensions, and other workouts that have pictures like this.
