Arms of Steel - 404 issues

I am just starting at a dedicated exercise routine and wanted to utilise the Arms of Steel workout plan, but when I try to use the program index, I get sent to a 404 page (with an albeit cute kitten). Has that program been removed? If so, any suggestions on something comparable?

I tired it again after rebooting my browser and it works now. Weird that it would bring me to a 404 page initially, but either way, it works. Yeah! Thanks for getting back to me, @Antheia & Colossus
