Hi Friends!!
I have a mean of 1:30 hr long trip to home in my company bus... (sometimes I read, recently I've been sleeping, and another times I surf the social media)
All of my 1:30 hr long trip is in a sitting position. Any excercise recomendation to do meanwhile? take in count that sometimes I have one person to my side.
