BB Code for Linking to DAREBEETS Recipes is Down

The button for linking to a DAREBEETS recipe and associated photo is no longer appearing in my message editing window.
Worse: the BB code it added no longer works in all of the previous messages I'd used it in.

I'm not seeing the buttons for linking to Challenges or Workouts either.
