"90 Day Workout Goal"
My version of a one egg farm skillet.

I diced a leftover baked potato with some mushrooms, tomatoes, and green peppers.

Cracked pepper to taste.

A fave of mine is cut up kielbasa sausage, some chopped onion and green pepper and fry-up then when how you like it add some eggs and scramble. Canned corn beef is tasty in scrambled eggs as well, a British favourite.
