Broken wrist / hand

Hi. I've broke something in my hand. Not sure of the recovery period but I'm expecting around 8 weeks. So I'm looking for a program or ideas on what to do that won't involve me using my hands in any pressure situation ..

Normally I'm yoga based but downward dog is currently off the menu. (that being said I haven't done anything for 2 months and was going to reset in the new year )

Any thoughts?

I'm thinking lots of ab work and things like squats.
