Hi! No sound, no - the videos we add are all mostly single-set how-to demos, so commentary isn't really needed to see how the workout is executed. Adding audio would mean a whole extra layer of editing, and since we post new videos twice a week that time adds up fast. So we just have whatever sounds happen to be on the video at the time of recording.
... in my case that means birds, the occasional truck backing up, and sometimes a passing train making a guest appearance.

I forgot to mention that our video library doesn't have any audio at all (audio completely removed). We'll be re-recording the entire library during July and August, adding new exercises, removing redundant ones, and improving the overall video quality.
The new videos will include natural ambient sounds, but they still won't have audio instructions or voiceovers.
