Hey all bees, hope you're feeling great!

Keeping the same idea: Soon after waking up, doing all 3 challenges, plus Foundation Light. Goal: to wake up well and stretch the whole body.
As I'm a night person, very active from afternoon onwards, but kind of slow in the morning, this is doing me a great job. I feel my whole body and even my mind much more energized.
