I'm exhausted with trying to lose weight.
Every time I get going it works out for a day or two and then boom back to bingeing, I am speaking to a professional about this but it isn't helping much.
I can eat Oats for breakfast every morning without too many issues, but it's the evening meal that ruins it for me, I go with pizza or an enormous amount of pasta and cheese or shortcrust pies and chips(huge portions), if I don't eat like this I end up having something healthy like meat and two veg and then feel the need to have like 5 bowls of cereal -_-.
Can anyone recommend me like 2 easy (4 or 5 ingredient) meals that I can eat a decent sized meal of without feeling guilty?
preferably something easy and quick, food makes me miserable and I don't enjoy cooking. I don't like fish much. I don't care if it's omnivore or vegetarian tbh.
