How much reps to do in Heros Journey?

I'm about to start the Heros Journey program, and I'm confused about the first day. I see 4 different exercises, and it says 200 reps total. But is it supposed to be 200 reps per exercise, or 50 per exercise?

Per exercise, so 200 reps for each of the four exercises at level 3. With no rest, that's a cheeky day1.
