I'm likely missing the obvious answer...

Several workouts mention "add EC". Extraneous Chameleons? Emphasis on Corduroy?

EC means extra credit. The workouts used to have extra credit at the end of the description. It's meant to make things harder, such as do 3 minute wall sit (instead of 2) or do the move in one go.

Seems like new workouts don't have that anymore.
