This group was suggested because I struggle to find the remarkable combination of both time and motivation to exercise. I get one or the other frequently, but rarely at the same time. I'm hoping this gets me on the right track. Goals: do 5 minute desk workouts each day. Maybe several times a day. Also to keep my diet under control and stop snacking so much from the candy bowl at work.
