@roxy the only way to get the weight off permanently is to lose it slowly. You need to give yourself time and work on: strength and aerobic fitness, sleep well enough to recover, watch your nutrition so you're not eating the right things.
In terms of training, I'd say start with maybe Foundation Light. Keep a thread on the checking-in threads: https://www.community.darebee.com/forums/checking-in-training-logs.5/ to help you chart your progress. Seek help here whenever you're not sure of something. The way back to feeling great is: slow and steady. I really hope this helps.
