Minor issue: challenge in steps of 5s, timer in steps of 10s

Hello! The Stomach Vacuums Challenge increases the time held in steps of 5 seconds, but the timer right below it only increases/decreases in steps of 10 seconds, and you also can't type a custom time into it - so every couple of days I have to use my phone's timer app instead. A very minor issue, but I thought I'd let y'all know. Thank you for the fantastic resources!
