#1 is a 10-count hold, but there are two figures, so it looks like there is movement. I am guessing that I am supposed be holding my arms out.
#3 States step bicep extensions, but it looks identical to #2 bicep extensions. Should there be a foot moving?
And I've been noticing that the set numbers are inconsistent on placement vertically, so I drew lines across them and they are a little all over the place.
