New Program: First Strike - Beginner Combat

If you've always wanted to learn how to punch and kick but never knew where to begin, this one was made for you.

First Strike is a 30-day introduction to combat training - no equipment, no partner, no experience needed. It teaches every move from zero: one new punch, kick, block or counter at a time, always slow first so you learn it right before you ever do it fast, with an active rest day between every session so it all has time to sink in. By the final day you're stringing everything together into full combinations.

If our combat workouts have always looked like something other people do, this is your way in.

Give it a go and let us know how it goes!

Jeez, Darebee is putting out programs so fast, I'll never catch up and complete them all at this rate :big-cry:

(This program looks fantastic and I want more beginner/intermediate combat programs)

Day1 says:
Pick your level - 3 sets at Level I, 5 at Level II, 7 at Level III - complete every set of one exercise before moving on to the next, and take up to 2 minutes of rest between sets whenever you need it.
The poster looks like a circuit, but the description is a classic workout, I am confused 🤔

Ooooh, oooh, oooh ... That one calls so much my name, I HAVE to do it in September! Yesssssss.....

Day 15 has an error. The wording on the picture for the final combo is front kick + knee strike, and the description below it describes that process, but the image and video show it knee strike + front kick.1789585976774.png
