New Storage Tools Added to Dashboard

Hi everyone!

Your DAREBEE progress lives in your browser. That's how we keep it private - nothing gets sent anywhere. The catch is that sometimes the browser says no. Private browsing, blocked cookies or full storage can all stop a tick from saving and until today the site didn't tell you. The tick showed up, you felt great and after a reload it was gone. Not ideal.

So we fixed that.

If something can't be saved you'll now know right away.
Workouts, programs, challenges, Exercise of the Day, bookmarks, reviews and the Labyrinth now show a short red note when a save doesn't go through. It tells you why. If your browser storage is full it says so and links straight to the place where you can free up space.

There's a new Storage button on your dashboard right next to Settings and Backup & Restore. Inside you'll find:
  • how much space your DAREBEE data takes up in this browser
  • what is using that space
  • a way to clear old entries: pick what (workout logs, Exercise of the Day, finished programs and challenges, custom entries, notes or reviews) and how old (6 months, 1 year, 2 years or everything)
You see exactly what will be removed before anything happens and nothing goes until you confirm. Your streaks and anything still in progress are always kept. Bookmarks, fitness tests, personal records, comments and game progress are never touched. There's a Download Backup First button right next to it in case you'd like a copy before clearing.

Restoring a big backup is easier too.
When you restore a backup you can now skip entries older than 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Handy if the backup is too big for your browser or if you only want your recent history back. And if a restore runs out of space halfway the dashboard now tells you instead of quietly stopping.

A heads-up before it gets full
If your storage ever gets close to full you'll see a small note on workout, program and challenge pages so you can make room before anything stops saving. Most of you will never see it.

All of this started with a bug report about a program day that wouldn't save. Thank you to whoever sent it! If anything looks off we'd love to hear about it.
