Next steps after Zero Hero

Hi there,

I’ve completed Zero Hero, and before that completed Foundation and Foundation Light. These took a long time for me - I really struggled to form a workout habit and so completed these somewhat sporadically.

I know logically the next best thing for my health might be to complete these again but with more consistency, but one of the things about Darebee that appeal to me is the variety, and going back through things felt dull.

I’m currently on Locked In which is the next level up, but finding some parts quite difficult (Cossack squats, anything plank-based).

Can anyone recommend what the next best program would be for me? I’m trying to improve my all-around health, which is why Locked In’s Cardio-Strength-Core appealed.

Thanks!

Hello, hen i choose a program, i usually have a look to some pages, to see if i am inspired or not. So difficult for me to advice you. If you enjoy RPG programms, maybe you should try another one ?

When choosing another program, I often go with what looks fun and interesting. But I've also started thinking about what parts I've struggled with the most and focus on them. Like if you realize your arms are particularly weak, finding a workout to focus on that can be helpful (as just one example).

Just click here, choose, for example, "Beginner" and follow the instructions. And you'll be fine
