Old timer

I am 63 yrs old and looking to get back in shape. I used to do a bit of running until I was diagnosed with asthma which I now have under control.
I have an office job and need to regain flexibility and strength.
Any programme suggestions gratefully received.

If you don't know where to start, try Foundation or Foundation Light are the best programs to start training a little and teach the way to train Darebee programs and workouts :)
