Power Builder Program

I want to start the new power builder program but I'm a bit confused about which weight I should use for the dumbells. As the workouts are with many repeats and short rest I'm thinking of starting at a low weight(3kg) and raising slowly as I progress.
What do you think? any suggestions?

It seems like a good idea to start with weights that you feel comfortable with and gradually increase them when you can :)
