I think you probably can. TBH, I'm not sure if that would work the muscles differently or not. But I think so long as your movements with each arm is in
sync, it should be okay?
That said, Exercise Alternatives gives an idea for a replacement if you don't have the weights and bar set-up. You can fill a laundry bag with books or other heavy things to mimic it. Though I think the dumbbells might work better, personally.
To adapt this workout to dumbbells, I think you'd do goblet squats on place of the back squats, and hold the dumbbells down at your sides for the calf raises. The deadlifts are fine.
