PPL side [A] : move difference question

Pretty much title. Looks like the same move to me. Is there an angle difference? Or should the overhead tricep extension be listed for both hands, not a per-hand move?1678889005167.png

Different angles and stabilisers. Look here:

One Arm tricpels extensions. https://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/DBOneArmTriExt

You'll feel it when you do it.

Edit: Oh, saw that there's "per arm" for the overhead extension. No idea what that's doing there. I tend to switch grips halfway through a set, because one hand usually is slightly above the other, but I don't think that#s meant here. I'd just do 5-7 reps with both, and call ita day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
