On the Epic Arms challenge, when it says, for example, 26 bicep extensions and then underneath 10-count hold, does that mean you are supposed to do 26 bicep extensions holding for 10 counts each time (as in holding for 10 counts 26 times), or are you supposed to do 26 bicep extensions and then one 10 count hold? Thanks!

26 bicep extensions and on the last rep 10 count hold (x 5 sets) :)
