Hey all! I just wanted to ask a question about your experience when you workout indoors during the summer. Assuming you workout in your bedroom or another room of your home, have you ever experienced that specific room to be extremely warm afterwards? I am not sure if that's the case, or simply because the sun faces directly at my room. I was doing my workout yesterday, and for the rest of the day, I could feel the difference in temperature outside and inside my room.

Your baseline body temperature is close to 37° and when you exercise it rises, you're practically a stove :p
so it's totally normal for the room to be hotter after you've exercised, it happens to me too :)
