I haven't been as idle as the log may make it appear.. reaaaaally need to get organized and come update it. Classes are starting in 10 days. I'd like to be back in the 'groove' by then.
Classic me, I am really good at loosing track of keeping track!
I have been maintaining a Push/Pull/Legs/Misc split at the local gym and have been maintaining some steady (but very slow) weightloss.
I'm 5'3"ish and started my 'journey' at around 220lbs. I'm now around 160ish, and I'm hoping to get somewhere around 140-150 as a goal.
When the semester is over I'm going to be working on adding in more workouts in addition to the gym, I've really been missing them and have a ton of challenges and programs I want to try. I'm thinking of picking one program and a challenge or two to tackle over break.
I just hit 150lbs, and have moved my goal weight down to around 130. I'm still doing weight training at the gym 3-4 days a week. My weight hasn't changed a lot but my body has very seriously re- compositioned itself. I have some muscles now! Like, real muscles! It's absolutely insane and flabbergasting.
My schedule is about to get out of whack because of the holidays so I need to build an at-home routine. I figure what better time to come back and grab workouts from here for my at-home era over the next few months. I'm really excited, I've missed doing these exercises but after transitioning to going to the gym exclusively to work out I just don't have the time/energy to do the workouts. Ideally, after these next few months, I'd like to successfully incorporate my gym and at-home routines. I think I could make something nice that compliments my weight training. I'm at around two years of consistently going to the gym and so I feel solid enough to start messing with/adding stuff to the routine to make it better.
I'm having a great time catching up on everyone's threads. It will definitely take me a while.
