"Hello"

(retired thread)

I've decided to go back to my original thread. This one was a temporary lil rebellion I had ;)

Let's all say a sweet goodbye to my old thread (2022 - 2025). I've changed a lot since I first started that thread. I'm an entirely different person now, and I've made this new thread in order to reflect that.

This time, the difficulty has gone from "hard" to "extreme" - we're starting off at 316 pounds!
That's right, 5'0", F, 316Ibs, that's me!

I've been rotting in bed all year and can't remember when I last exercised. So let's pick myself up and go from floppy to fitty.

This isn't a new years resolution. This is coincidental timing!

LET'S. GET. FIT!

:yas: :kungfu::flex:

Baseline - Day 1 complete! (lvl 3)

Wow. My boyfriend was right, my arms really have gotten stronger lately, lol. Level 3 was no problem! My boyfriend has a skin condition, so I scratch his back every night (for like 20 minutes), and it's built up that much muscle XD I am also an Uber driver, so I build up arm muscle from turning the steering wheel so often. Very funny!

Feeling pumped ~ :earz:

Baseline - Day 8 complete (level 1)

Something is off about me tonight. This exercise exhausted me and made me out of breath, as if I ran a marathon. But the previous days, I did not feel that way. Not sure what causes this. Maybe anxiety?

Baseline - Day 10 complete (level <1)

Oh, my. word. I tried this yesterday, but my arms hurt so much, I decided to wait a day before tackling it. But it was no easier today, and I was unable to finish level one. The arm circles follow by arm raises is cruel! But, I pushed as hard as I could, and I feel it. Definitely gaining muscle still. Glad I can feel the burn!

I am also sick, though that would not explain the difficulty. I just want to vent, and muse that I figured out why I felt so bad in days prior. I'm tired of coughing. Oh well. Time to go get another cup of tea.

I feel terrible. I've been coughing violently for weeks now. It's taken a toll on me. I sleep about 15 hours a day. I have no energy. But I keep sleeping past the walk-in time for my doctor, and she's so busy, I can't get a scheduled appointment for months out. Stupid...

Anyway...Just wanted to update that I haven't given up. I just need a break until I get better. I am showing no signs of improvement, and am getting worried...The coughing started either on January 6th or January 8th (forget which) and really seems to just be getting worse every day.
