I woke up at 3am... and got up for a few minutes. Saw the fibre is back on. What a random time to notice it! And then went back to sleep!
:hehehe:

We had a weird day. Extreme heat, to some thunder (very little) to a few massive raindrops. Strong wind. And the weather is now very pleasant. Cool and blue sky before sunset.

I did some Yoga and stretches - like usual. 13 minutes. At 10am I did a Cassey Ho arms workout and then a lower body workout. They were around 40 minutes in total. I then did another 14 minutes of stretches. And I also walked on a machine for 40 minutes.

I will probably start a new program either tomorrow or over the weekend.

So ... I didn't post for a few days. Nothing much changed.

Yet, I've been a little upset. I found my hair is falling out again!
Hair What GIF

Not as bad as last December when it was constant bundles. This time it's when I wash or brush my hair it comes out, slightly less than last year, but also little bundles or clumps... my new regrowth hair is long enough to be tied up, but might have stopped growing the past 3 weeks. Last year it was after trauma and then the worse flu. This time I would say it's hormonal most likely. (Perimenopause, well, in my opinion what I feel and notice). I HONESTLY don't know what to do. I am using the best vitamins I can afford. I eat "okay", maybe 75% healthy.... maybe even up to 85% healthy. I still use too much salt, try to limit mayonnaise to twice a week, and struggle to cut bread/wheat products which gives me bad skin. I get enough sleep (well, I got myself a new comforter and body cream which make sleeping with a nice scent and material more pleasant, and it is helping me sleep better again!). I even still lose weight gradually every few weeks I notice I shed instead of gain. Which .... everything seems okay.

Stress.... hormones... will be the culprit right now. I honestly just feel like life threw me a curveball again. Health wise I feel good. It's just the stupid hair shedding. And I know I am under tremendous stress. I stressed since I was a kid. I don't stop overthinking and worrying about everything.

I am actually considering to increase my exercises again. Like drastically increase it. Cardio in the morning, and strength in the evening. Most likely 30 Days of Cardio and Ironborn at this stage.

I was not home for most of the day, so I am going to start my programs either tomorrow or on Sunday. I'm not bothering to wait until the 1st of the month.

Just thought I vent my frustrations here.... why do I even need hair!? 😆 I should just shave it all, then I won't have the added stress of losing it!? Right!? (Sadly, I have a big, long face, big nose and oddly shape head... so shaving my hair would not do my face justice!!!) 🤭🫣

"Striving to be the change."
I actually tested my theory this morning. I could be allergic to peanuts.
I'm pretty sure a food allergy is not something you can figure out in one morning. A severe food allergy that causes you to go into anaphylactic shock, sure. Those show up quickly! But an allergy that's causing excessive hair loss? I don't think so. That's going to take a while to show up, and take a while after you stop ingesting the problem food to stop too. (Even chemotherapy-induced hair loss usually takes at least 2 weeks to begin.)

@Laura Rainbow Dragon Yes, peanuts alone won't cause my hair to fall out, you are right. I might be super paranoid by the reaction I had!

I've had many false positives of allergic reactions over the years. That is why I don't bother to go for tests anymore. As a kid I was severely allergic to grass. Yet, today I can walk and briefly sit on grass. Lets call it a delayed immune reaction caused by "????" something unknown, (gluten, perhaps) and peanuts just triggered the reaction this time. Whatever it was, was by far the most severe skin reaction I've had so far. Very, very VERY itchy. And burning. From my toes to my scalp.

I even have scabs inside my ears and nose today. 😩 I feel 100% fine. I still look 30% "dotty". Have many little dots all over my body. I did take activated charcoal and some medication which gave me some relief.

I decided to just eat watermelon today - for breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner. I bought a large watermelon. Some of it I can freeze, some goes for the 5 tortoises, but the rest I have to eat within a day or two. There is also nice big plump strawberries in the garden, a few string beans, spinach and apricots. I will give most of that to the tortoises ... maybe I might take most the spinach for myself. I'm happy the "new" squirrel didn't notice the apricots! 😅 There was 55 on the small tree. They are nearly twice as big as the ones from the shop. I had some yesterday and they are very sweet.

Mine left, vs store bought ones, right.

So I did start with my exercises. Probably not ideal with only eating the watermelon alone today, but I didn't have major issues due to that. My energy levels was maybe a 9.5/10 this morning when I woke up, and maybe a 7.5/10 right now. I feel good today.

Am
5am: Cardio Light - Day 1
7am: Movement exercises/Stretches
7:35am: Primal Strength - Day 1 (didn't do the pull-ups*)
Noon
15:20pm Ironborn - Day 1 (only 5kg weight)

I wasn't quite sure which programs to combine. They worked for me today! (But do they make sense together!? 🤔) Personally, I don't have a specific exercise or fitness goal. I probably won't claim the badge for Primal Strength at the end of the program, since I will not be doing the pull-ups.

The day has been good. I try hard to minimize my stress, to stay positive and not to overthink things.

Ps. She found the plant I tried to hide from her on the brick side of the house. She find this plant nearly every single day, no matter where I try to hide it in the garden! She climbed up small stairs to find the plant!!! 🤣🤣🤣 She deserve 10 strawberries for that!! And no, those aren't anything odd inside the plant. It's the container itself that has detail on it, and the plant grew over the side and over the penis looking things. 🤔 Can't even recall what the container looks like without the plant. I don't know why it looks like that!!! 🫣

Monday, 2 December:
6:20am: Cardio Light - Day 2
7:35am: Stretching/warm up + Primal Strength - Day 2
15:30pm Ironborn - Day 2 (only 5kg weight)

I didn't have as much energy as yesterday. Struggled slightly to get out of bed this morning. Cardio Light was easy, and Primal Strength was fine - I enjoy this program. Ironborn was harder. Could also be because my energy felt lower, and it got warmer when I worked out. All went well today.

There wasn't any issues the past 2 days. Enjoyed all of the programs. The weather has been pleasant and cooler (while there is a heatwave in other provinces!) We might get rain tonight and tomorrow.

My energy level is mediocre ... 6/10. Yesterday, it was similar.

Thursday, 5 December:
after 6am: Cardio Light - Day & Stretching/warm up + Primal Strength - Day 5
13pm Ironborn - Day 5

I did not actually check the time when I did my first workout. This morning was hard to get up, and I didn't check the time. I guess it was around 6:25am .... maybe. Primal Strength was just stretching, so I did it too. Ironborn had tricep extentions (one of my favourite upperbody exercises), and arnold press, lateral raises and push-ups. I struggled with the push-ups, since my hands is sore. I have been deep cleaning the house this week.

My energy levels was maybe a 5/10 this morning and a 7/10 this evening.

Friday, 13 December:
Am:

Stretching/ warm up
Cardio Light - Day 13
Primal Strength - Day 13
Afternoon:
Ironborn - Day 13

I haven't had issues since I last posted. All has been well. Struggled here and there with one odd exercise. Yesterday my energy levels felt low and Ironborn was much harder to do. This morning I know Ironborn will be hard again.

Our weather is perfect at 24C. I honestly don't know why my city is cool this time of the year. We should be in full summer heat! I won't complain. I love it!

I gave up drinking energy drinks the past few months. I am happy with my decision. They might be tasty and give a temporary boost of energy, but I can finally say I have no cravings for them anymore. It's been probably the hardest thing to give up on. I wasn't addicted to them, but it was one of those little pleasures in life for me, especially on warmer days or after a harder workout. I didn't need them. And I am now not missing them anymore. The final few I actually diluted with sparkling water. It helped tremendously, to drink them less.

I haven't touched peanuts nor any products with nuts. My skin cleared up, and I have no mouth issues either. So far I can't see other foods that causes an issue (except gluten and fruit juices - mainly happened with one brand so far). I will incorporate other nuts soon, and see how it goes. I also had to start drinking my coffee little more diluted in the mornings, after eating breakfast. I can't drink strong black coffee on an empty stomach anymore.
