Hi! I am Lilla, and I wanted to start my progress over. Since I started pole dancing and revisited my krav maga training, I realized how little strength I had, and I want to improve this. First I want to improve arm strength, abs and upper leg strength, because these are the body parts that are used the most for pole dancing. Wish me luck!
