Well Hello everyone, So glad to back.
well I did The Foundation Light, and some of the stretches,
then I did a warm-up and 5,000 step workout, but actually only got about 3,000 and more cooldown, wish me luck, as I wish you all luck

Tues. Was busy all day, so I will take that as my rest day
Wed. Did a walking video, forgot about my foundation light
THurs. Did a walking video and Foundtion light
now just need to keep it up!!
