Vitality Upper Body Modifycation

Hi,

So I am injured (for the fifth time this year ) and so scaled back from FIT December to Vitality (yes I am actually still around and hopefully will be able to join the forums again soon)

Lower body exercises are ok as that is where I am injured but I wanted to modify the upper body exercises with some weights.

So if I look at:

I can modify shoulder taps to overhead press and bicep extensions to bicep curls, arm extensions can stay the same but what do I do with the side shoulder taps? Side arm raises?
