Workout choosing help

Hey everyone, I am here to ask for some help building the right workout. My plan is 2 days of arms, 2 days of abs/back, 2 days of legs, and one rest day. Each workout should be about an hour using only dumbells (if needed). I couldn't find a good workout but the only materials I have are dumbells. Could you please help me create 3 good workouts, I have been training for almost 2 years now and no results, so I would love these workouts for a change for the better. Thank you!

Maybe you should consider Darebee's programs, they are already well structured, progressive, tested workouts for several months before being released and therefore they work.
The main problem in doing a training plan on your own is choosing the individual workouts to structure it with.
If your workout is just "casual" to keep fit and that's it, that's fine.
But if you want "noticeable" results you need to choose a workout that works and gets you where you want to go.
It's just my opinion :)

Welcome, @Emil !

You can use DAREBEE's Workouts Filter to search for workouts with the specific focus you want for a given day and then choose what appeals to you from the list the filter returns.

But I agree with @Fremen : since you are seeking guidance on how best to structure a progressive program, your best option is to choose from amongst DAREBEE's Programs, which have already done this work for you. The Programs also have a Filter, so you can search (for example) specifically for strength training programs if that's what interests you. On that page you can see immediately from the program graphics whether or not a program requires any equipment (most are no equipment or dumbbell only).

Two of the programs are specifically upper body focused and two are primarily core focused. But the rest will give you the full body program you're looking for.
