Issues with Post-Workout Cooldown
Good afternoon everyone,
I hope you all are having a very pleasant day.
I recently began following Darebee’s 30-day light cardio program for beginners. However, for the past few days, I am noticing that I experience muscle soreness hours after completing my workout. I cool down after my workouts, and sometimes I will use this cool down that Darebee provides, but I still feel pain in my muscles, specifically in my arms and upper thighs, which are areas that I work on during my exercises. Does anyone have general advice on how to address this issue? If anyone knows of any effective cool downs, whether on Darbee or another site, I would appreciate the information. Thank you very much in advance for any suggestions or advice.
