New hive, old bee. Been gone for such a long time but finally ready - I hope - to crawl out of the pit of despair I have found myself enveloped in. I miss DareBee and the community.

Not sure how I want to move forward yet as far as workouts, but a lot has happened over the past few months and I think I just want to start slow. Looking forward to the December events and especially the snowball fight that I missed last year.

I have been working out quite a bit and I have some fitness minded friends IRL that are helping with that. Went hiking with one of them this morning in fact!

Didn't do any DareBee exercises but I did do some Air punches, Side-to-side shuffles, and situps throughout the day. I also went Bachata and Salsa dancing from 20-0200! Haven't gone social dancing in awhile so it was a lot of fun. Got to talk to some new people too.

Okay okay it's Monday, I'm feeling good, and I really miss this place.

Been social dancing as before and various bouts of being on and off the workout wagon. Currently in a regular running group that meets 1/month for 5ks and doing HIIT most days. I also did a Spartan race back in Feb! Let's see about getting the ball rolling again.

I think I may stick with the Assassin training plan just bc it's what I do; HIIT every day or every other, interspersed with short runs on the alternate days. I also tend to do a 5k every weekend. Plus every now and then I go out and get lost in the woods, like I did on Saturday. This entails going to my favorite canyon and doing a 5k run to the trail I like, running the trail to the waterfall, resting, then either running back or making an adventure of it by hiking/climbing up the side to the top of the waterfall and hiking back a few miles, then all the way around. Did 11k this time!

So starting up again with my 15m of HIIT this morning, then some Darebee stuff throughout the day.
Also wanna work on my core so I am starting with Knee Tucks. Current target is 1 set of 40.

Thanks for the warm welcome y'all! It cheered me up on my grumpy day today.

Bc I woke up grumpy I went on a "quick" jog... That ended up being longer than I meant bc I took a wrong turn. :phew: 4.24km in 32:48

Took small breaks in the day to do the ExotD and WotD and my knee tucks.
Keeping track of the weekly minutes is harder without a watch :move:
Early bed for us tonight as kiddo and I are are both tired and grumpy.

Yesterday was a pretty good day! Didn't fast bc I was ravenous. Forgot my knee tucks tho. :whaa:

The combat workout I chose was Ninja Assassin Level 3 with EC!

Dancing night so I went and did that for a few hours. Such a great time learning more salsa and bachata.

Def think I am overdoing it lately since by body took me right outta commission for 2 full days with a terrible migraine. Only just got better yesterday afternoon.

Sunday wasn't bad at all though. Walked around a lot with my kiddo at a science center here that she loves, but without a watch it's kinda hard to track that. Anyway, did well for the week.

Okay great start!
Did the exercise of the day and straight into Combat workout. Feels good to get moving again.

Just saw the Turkey event! Did 20 basic burpees for 40 turkeys!

And went and got my knee tucks outta the way now bc I will probably forget later.

Forgot to mention it was dancing night! Barely sat down from 9-1

Whew! Running on 4 hours of sleep! Woke up to drive my gma and her girlfriends to Vegas. We've walked around a lot but I snuck in some workouts where I could.

Went out with friends to sushi and karaoke tho! These are new friends and it's been great every time we get together again.

Pretty great day, tho feeling a bit under the weather and tired. Will use tomorrow for casual training or maybe even rest.

Stated out with the XotD - Jacks - and the Dec Challenge. Then did a 15m HIIT that consisted of the following:
High knees ×20
Everest climber × 20
Surfer × 20
Competition burpee jump tuck ×10
Side crunch × 10/10

Managed 2 full rounds and got to 8 reps on #4. That beat my personal best by a lot!

Finished up with some yoga.

Okay another intermittent update. To say up front... it has been a rough week. Possibly my lowest all year.
I took a lot of hits this week and my health kinda suffered. Fasting is on pause as the stress in my life as reached catastrophic levels, so removing what I can is a better move at the moment.

Assassin Day 2: Rest or Casual Training :v: - Rested

Fights with fam and a panic attack. Managed to get it all back together to go out dancing with some friends. That was a great move and I felt much better.
Assassin Day 3: Combat Workout :x: - no combat but did go dancing again. 2130 - 2400 social dancing. Was barely not dancing! Def vigorous.

Another bad day. This was a day where everything - from the small to large - just went wrong. Worst day in a while. Decided to go out dancing again. Trying my hardest not to be go crazy.

Today was also sad, but more just depressed than bad. Started strong in the AM! Things only got bad later.

The hits keep coming. Had a couple of good days in there. Wednesday started well. Caught up on monthly challenge and did a workout this AM. Going for an ornament this year as well!

XotD - clench/unclench
50 Pushups - was surprised I could do this! All full pushups but man it was hard. I am now up to 57 of my 200 for the ornament.
