PPL Gym Workout

Hey, I am new to going to the Gym. I was wondering if PPL was good, or if I should do something else. And if PPL is better can anyone share good 6 day PPL workout routine with me? Thanks!

In a gym, in addition to dumbbells and barbells, there are also all the machines. If you have access to a similar variety of training, take advantage of it by asking a trainer to prepare a training plan based on your needs.
It's just my opinion :)
