Hello and welcome.
As you may know you need to start step by step.
My opinion is to start with taichi-qigong with a teacher or with YouTube videos

Hello @zaboykie ! Welcome to the Hive!

As @neilarey suggested, a DAREBEE Program is a great place to start. The most important thing is to just get started, and do something every day. The Programs are designed to help you do this as they do the work of choosing workouts and setting a schedule for you. You just start on Day 1, and do one workout a day until you've finished the program. There are no days off as active recovery days are built right into the programs. This helps you to build consistency in your workout habit. Do something every day, and it will become a part of your normal day and therefore a habit that's easier to maintain.

On the Programs filter page you can search for Programs with specific parameters. One of these is the Program Difficulty Level. If you select Difficulty Level 1 Programs you will get all the Programs Neila suggested, plus a few more. Choose one that appeals, then go for it!

Once you have completed your first Program you can decide: Do you want to do another program of the same Difficulty Level? Or are you ready to step it up to Difficulty Level 2 Programs?
